一、前言

I. Introduction
Located in Hangzhou, a historical city that is open, innovative, and pioneering, Hangzhou Normal University (HZNU) is a comprehensive university focusingon arts and science and fostering the development of bothnatural sciences and humanities.
學校下設23個學院(部)、1個直屬附屬醫(yī)院(杭州市第二人民醫(yī)院),擁有全職院士、教育部長江學者、國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者等國家和省級高層次人才80余人。學校現有一級學科博士學位授權點1個,專業(yè)學位博士授權點1個,服務國家特殊需求博士人才培養(yǎng)項目1個;一級學科碩士學位授權點25個,專業(yè)學位碩士授權點18個;化學、臨床醫(yī)學、植物學與動物學、神經與行為科學、工程學、材料科學、環(huán)境與生態(tài)學等7個學科進入ESI全球前1%,ESI綜合排名連續(xù)多年進入全國百強,有省一流學科13個。國家自然科學基金和國家社會科學基金立項數位居省內高校前列。大學自然指數排名連續(xù)五年進入全國高校百強。學校被認為是近十年來全國發(fā)展最快的地方高校之一。
Consisting of 23 colleges and an affiliated hospital (the Second People’s Hospital of Hangzhou), the University has more than 80 national and provincial high-level faculty members, including full-time academicians, the Yangtze River Scholars of the Ministry of Education, and recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. Currently, the university hosts one first-level discipline doctoral program, one professional doctoral program, and one specialty doctoral training program,as well as 25 first-level disciplinary master’s programs and 18 professional master’s programs. Seven disciplines including chemistry, clinical medicine, botany and zoology, neurobehavioral science, engineering, materials science, environment and ecology are among the top 1% of ESI in the world, and the over ESI rank placesthe university among the top 100 in China for consecutive years. The funding from the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Foundation is at the forefront of provincial universities. Also by the National Index of Universities, the University has been ranked among the top 100 in China for five consecutive years. For the last decade, the University has been considered one of the fastest growinguniversities in the country.

二、引進人才基本要求
1.遵紀守法、身心健康、愛崗敬業(yè)、治學嚴謹。熱愛教育事業(yè),理想信念堅定,具有良好的道德修養(yǎng)和較高的學術素養(yǎng)。
2.全職來校工作的教學科研人員,一般應具有博士學歷學位或高級專業(yè)技術職務。
3.符合學校本次人才層次招聘條件或具有相當層次業(yè)績水平人才。
II.Basic Requirements
Individual seeking for recruitment should
1.abide by laws and disciplines; be physically and mentally fit; work in a dedicated and rigorous manner; and with firm belief, good moral cultivation and higher academic accomplishment, devote to the cause of education;
2. generally have a PhD degree or hold a senior professional and technical position to become a full-time member of the University;
3. meet the recruitment requirementsby the University or have a comparable qualification.
三、招聘人才類別

III.Categories
Aiming for a national first-class university, based on the demand of disciplinary development, and adhering to the principles of openness, transparency, and academic-oriented, the University introducessix types of posts for talents with full consideration of the individual’s development withcompetitive working and living conditions.
01 一類人才
具有院士量級學術水平人才??刹皇苣挲g、學歷、專業(yè)技術職務、資歷等條件的限制。
相應待遇:實行一人一議,提供具有競爭力的稅前年薪、稅前住房補貼及科研啟動經費;提供必要的工作條件、學術團隊及科研助手等。
01 Category I
Individuals at academician level are notrestricted by requirementson age, educational background, professional experiences, etc.
Package: Case by case.Willprovidea negotiable, competitive pre-tax annual salary, pre-tax housing allowance, andstart-up fund for research. Necessary work-related necessitiesand research assistance will be provided.
02 二類人才
學術水平及業(yè)績達到國家重大人才工程計劃的人才、國內外著名大學教授,或具有相當學術造詣的海內外專家學者??刹皇軐W歷、專業(yè)技術職務、資歷等限制,年齡一般不超過55周歲。
相應待遇:年薪稅前80-120萬元;住房補貼稅前500萬元;科研啟動經費300-500萬元(理工農醫(yī)類)、80-120萬元(人文社科類);提供必要的工作條件,并協(xié)助組建學術團隊,配備科研助手。
02 Category II
Talents with academic levels and achievements up to the national major talent project plans, or famousprofessors, experts and scholars at home and abroad, who may be freed from the restrictions of academic qualifications, professional and technical posts and experiences. The age limit is generally not over 55 years old.
Package: pre-tax annual salary of RMB800,000-1.2 million, pre-tax housing subsidy of RMB 5 million; research start-up fund of RMB3 million-5 million in science, technology, agriculture and medicine and RMB800,000-1.2 million for humanities and social sciences. It also offers other necessary working conditions and assists with setting up an academic team and assigns scientific research assistants.
03 三類人才
學術水平及業(yè)績達到國家重要人才工程青年計劃的人才、國際著名大學優(yōu)秀博士后,或具有相當學術造詣的海內外優(yōu)秀人才。
相應待遇:年薪稅前60-80萬元;住房補貼稅前250-350萬元;科研啟動經費200-300萬元(理工農醫(yī)類)、50-60萬元(人文社科類);提供必要的工作條件,并協(xié)助組建學術團隊,配備科研助手。
03 Category III
Talents with academic levels and achievements up to the national key talent project youth programs, or excellent post-docs from internationally renowned universities, or excellent talents with academic attainments at home and abroad.
Package: pre-tax annual salary of RMB 600,000-800,000, pre-tax housing subsidy of RMB 2.5-3.5 million, research start-up fund of RMB 2-3 million in science, technology, agriculture and medicine and RMB 500,000-600,000 for humanities and social sciences. It also provides other necessary working conditions, assist to set upacademic teams and assign scientific research assistants.
04 四類人才
國內高水平大學任職的教授、副教授,學術水平高于其所在學科教授平均水平,或具有相當學術造詣的海內外人才。年齡一般不超過50周歲。
相應待遇:年薪稅前35-55萬元,住房補貼稅前100-250萬元;科研啟動經費150-300萬元(理工農醫(yī)類)、30-50萬元(人文社科類);提供必要的工作條件,并協(xié)助組建學術團隊;經學院推薦,學校學術委員會評價認定后可聘為教授崗位。
04 Category IV
Professors and associate professors in high-level universities, who enjoy higher academic level than the average among professors in respective disciplines, or who have demonstrated academic attainments at home and abroad. The age limit is generally not over 50 years old.
Package: pre-tax annual salary of RMB 350,000-550,000, pre-tax housing subsidy of RMB 1-2.5 million, research start-up fund of RMB 1.5-3 million in science, technology, agriculture and medicine and RMB 300,000-500,000 for humanities and social sciences. It also offers other necessary working conditions and assist to set upacademic teams. Applicantsrecommended by the college and appraised by the academic committee of the University, may be employed at theprofessorial level.
05 五類人才
學術水平高于其所在學科副教授平均水平,或國內外著名大學(全球排名前100或國內高校排名前10)應屆博士畢業(yè)生,博士在讀期間取得重大研究成果。年齡一般不超過40周歲。
相應待遇:稅前年薪25-35萬元;住房補貼稅前50-100萬元;科研啟動經費50-100萬元(理工農醫(yī)類)、10-15萬元(人文社科類);提供必要的工作條件;經學院推薦,學校學術委員會評價認定后可聘為副教授崗位。
05 Category V
Talents with an academic level higher than the average among associate professors in respective disciplines, or fresh doctoral graduates from famous universities at home and abroad (ranking among the top 100 in the world or ranking among the top 10 in China), and who have made major research achievements during their doctoral studies. The age limit is generally not more than 40 years old.
Package: Pre-tax annual salary of RMB250,000-350,000,pre-tax housing subsidy of RMB500,000-1 million; research start-up fund of RMB500,000-1 million in science, technology, agriculture and medicine and RMB100,000-150,000 for humanities and social sciences. Italso offers other necessary working conditions. Having been recommended by the college and appraised by the academic committee of the University, applicants may be employed at associate professorial level.
06 六類人才
國內外高水平大學(全球排名前200或國內雙一流高校)畢業(yè)博士,博士在讀期間取得高質量研究成果。年齡一般不超過35周歲。
相應待遇:年薪稅前25萬元;住房補貼稅前50萬元;科研啟動經費20-50萬元(理工農醫(yī)類)、7.5萬元(人文社科類);提供必要的工作條件。
06 Category VI
Doctoral graduates fromhigh-level domestic or foreignuniversities (the top 200 in the world or first-class universities in China). The age limit is generally not more than 35 years old.
Package: Pre-tax annual salary of RMB250,000; pre-tax housing subsidy of RMB500,000; research start-up fund of RMB200,000-500,000 in science, technology, agriculture and medicine and RMB75,000 for humanities and social sciences. It may also offer other necessary working conditions.
07 師資人才
學校教學科研急需補充的其他類人才,一般應具有博士研究生學歷學位,年齡不超過35周歲或具有高級專業(yè)技術職務,年齡不超過45周歲。
相應待遇:享受國家事業(yè)編制人員同崗待遇,住房補貼稅前30萬元;科研啟動經費10萬元(理工農醫(yī)類)、5萬元(人文社科類)。
07 OtherCategories
Talents, generally with a doctoral degree, who are urgently needed to supplement the teaching and research team of the university. The age limit is not more than 35 years old;for those witha senior professional technical post, the age limit is not more than 45 years old.
Package: Appointees are entitled to the same package as for national institutional personnel, and a pre-tax housing subsidy of RMB 300,000, start-upfund of RMB100,000 in science, technology, agriculture and medicine and RMB 50,000 for humanities and social sciences.

2.經學院初選有意向者,由學院與本人聯(lián)系,填寫相應申請表,并提供本人代表性學術成果、專家推薦信等附件佐證材料,與學院面談交流。
V. Application Method
1. Applicants shall send his / her resume to the email address designated by the corresponding college, and the subject of the email shall be marked with “Applicant’s Name + College / School + Discipline”.
2. Having passed the preliminary selection and after being contacted by the college / school, the applicant may then fill in the corresponding application form, provide their representative achievements, letter(s) of recommendation from expert(s) and other supporting materials. Personal communication may then take place.
